1.1 Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of EaseFy.TV, a license-based digital software service (a media player/interface). By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these Terms. Mandatory consumer protection laws within the EU/EEA apply in addition to these Terms.
1.2 Pre-Contract Information
Before you place an order, you will receive clear and prominent information about:
- Total price (including taxes and fees)
- Main features and functionality of the software
- Duration of the agreement and conditions for automatic renewal
- Right of withdrawal (14 days) and how to exercise it
- Conditions under which the right of withdrawal may be lost
1.3 Right of Withdrawal
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date the contract is concluded. Loss of right: The right of withdrawal will be lost if the digital service starts with your express prior consent and you explicitly acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
1.4 License and Use
EaseFy.TV grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not: Resell, sublicense, rent, lease or distribute the software or license key; Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, adapt or create derivative works; Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
1.5 Activation and Service Start
The license is activated upon receipt and successful validation of the license key.
1.6 Service Availability and Performance
We aim to provide stable and secure service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
1.7 Third-Party Services and Content
EaseFy.TV is only a software interface/player. We do not: Provide, host or transmit any streaming content; Control or endorse any third-party streams or sources; Guarantee the availability, quality, legality or security of external content. You are solely responsible for choosing your own content sources (M3U, Xtream Codes, etc).
1.8 Payment, Billing and Subscriptions
Payments are processed by secure third-party providers. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
1.9 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us through the support form.
1.10 Consumer Rights
If the service does not conform to the contract, you have rights under international and EU/EEA consumer laws: Remedy, Price reduction, Termination with refund, Compensation for loss.
1.11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or loss caused by third-party content.
1.12 Changes to the Service or Terms
Material negative changes will be notified in advance.
1.13 Termination
We may suspend access if you materially breach these Terms.
1.14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by International Consumer Protection laws and EU/EEA regulations. Disputes may be referred to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
