Refund and Withdrawal Policy

1. Pre-Contract Information

Before you complete any purchase on EaseFy.TV, we provide clear information regarding the main characteristics of the service, total price (inclusive of VAT), duration of the agreement, and your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

You have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For digital services, the right of withdrawal expires ONLY IF you have given your prior express consent to the immediate commencement of the service AND explicitly acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the performance has begun.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same payment method as used for the initial transaction.

5. Statutory Rights for Defects / Non-Conformity

You have statutory rights under international consumer protection laws if the service is defective or does not conform to the contract. This includes the right to remedy, price reduction, or termination with a refund.

6. Refunds Outside the Withdrawal Period

Refunds outside the statutory 14-day period are discretionary and may be granted for unused licenses or verified technical defects that prevent usage of the software.

7. Limitations

No refund will be granted if the right of withdrawal has been validly lost and the request is based solely on a change of mind.

8. Service Scope

EaseFy.TV provides software licenses only. We do not supply, host, or distribute any third-party content. No refund will be granted based on the quality, availability, or legality of content from your personal sources (M3U, Xtream Codes, etc).

9. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal to stop future billing.

10. Evaluation Period

An optional 3-hour evaluation or trial period may be offered. This does not limit your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
